Simply Verona began with a dream in 2019.
What started as a simple curiosity about coffee slowly became something much bigger.
Instead of rushing to open a café, I chose to learn first. I spent years studying coffee, practicing espresso, learning brewing methods, understanding equipment, experimenting with recipes, and developing my skills in baking and desserts.
Every course, every cup, every mistake, and every improvement became part of the foundation of what would eventually become Simply Verona.
